Success By 6 is a framework developed by United Way Worldwide to support local efforts to improve kindergarten readiness.  As part of a broader, more comprehensive program to address the needs of children in our community, United Way of Youngstown and Mahoning Valley will introduce a summer program for Pre-Kindergarten children.  The Pre-Kindergarten Summer Readiness Program will give children a little extra help to be ready to enter kindergarten in the fall.  Through Success By 6, United Way will place an emphasis on children's health and literacy.
